Holy fuckdamn, I finally colored something in Photoshop, Batman!
Third project for my illustration class, and the one I'm the most satisfied with so far. I had to feature some aspect of the Savannah music scene with this, so what better way than to support my friend Sterve's ([link]) favorite bar which he spins house music at every weekend - "Venus de Milo." This was my first time trying to seriously color in Photoshop, and all things considered I like how it came out. I wasn't sure if I could pull off something decent, and while it's not quite professional level IMO, it's still not bad for my first attempt. Colored the whole thing from around 9 PM last night until 1 PM this afternoon, so I was damn tired today. lol. Tomer Hanuka was the main inspiration with this style of coloring....you should check out his stuff---> [link] . The man is all kinds of awesome. |

Sorry I haven't been online lately. I've been under a lot of stress from finals, being burned out from work and not knowing if i have enough time to get everything done....I'd rather just hole up and focus on schoolwork until I'm done with college. My last day of class is next Thursday, and I'll definately be online this summer.

This looks fabulous Daniel, so keep screwing with photoshop this summer and who knows, maybe you will be a PS Guru someday.
